At Farm Bakery, we only bake and sell 100% GMO FREE Breads. Our breads are tested by Canadian and European Laboratories and are Certified 100% GMO FREE. We use our patented ADAM R. MUELLER NATURAL SOURDOUGH™ (started in 1956).
We are committed to creating healthy, wholesome breads from the best quality and locally grown ingredients. We only use 100% organic prarie rye and prarie wheat. We do not add any preservatives or oils, neither do we add yeast.
Our recipes, technique and baking method dates back to the 1920s as they were perfected by Master Baker, Adam R. Mueller in German Silesia.
We knead and shape each and every loaf of bread by hand and then they are baked to perfection. The quality of our breads is our measure of success as we continue to produce consistent and GMO FREE breads.
Today, our breads are available to be bought throughout North America.
